Mô tả công việc
- Manage and improve Livestream Production Operations across Studio, Technician and Operator/ Standby teams, ensuring reliable service delivery, efficient resource use, competitive production solutions and sustainable operating cost.
- 1. Operations & Service Improvement
- Oversee Livestream Production performance and service quality across Studio, Technician and Operator / Standby teams.
- Ensure consistent service quality across BAU, Mega Livestream and other Livestream solutions.
- Track and improve key operational metrics including Cost per Session, productivity, utilization, service quality and SLA.
- Lead the improvement and upgrade of Livestream production solutions based on customer needs, market trends and operational capability.
2. Capacity & Resource Optimization
- Plan studio, manpower and outsourced capacity for daily, peak and campaign demand.
- Optimize in-house vs. outsourced resources and identify future capacity gaps.
- Guide Production Leads in resource planning and operational preparation.
3. Workforce & Lead Effectiveness
- Manage Operator/ Standby workforce planning, coverage, productivity and capability.
- Define the right task split across Operator, Technician and other support roles.
- Coach Production Leads to strengthen planning, analysis, reporting and operational ownership.
4. Service Delivery & Operational Readiness
- Ensure daily operations are ready to meet customer and business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional support, with stronger readiness checks for major campaigns and high-impact operations.
- Step in when issues require management or cross-functional decisions beyond the Lead’s authority.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of experience in operations, service operations, production operations or a similar environment.
- Strong experience in process improvement, cost control, capacity planning and workforce management.
- Comfortable working with productivity, utilization, SLA, capacity and cost data.
- Good understanding of livestream or production operations; deep hands-on technical expertise is not required.
- Able to manage through Leads, coach team members and work effectively across functions.
- Able to understand standard and highly customized livestream services and translate service needs into practical operating solutions.
- Experience in livestream, e-commerce, media production or high-volume service operations is preferred.
