Affiliate & Livestream Lead

Scope of Work

1/ Affiliate Strategy

• Develop affiliate strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive performance optimization.

2/ Creator & MCN Management

• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing KOLs/KOCs and MCNs
• Build strategic partnerships with MCNs and creator agencies.
• Track creator recruitment, content output, and content quality.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize GMV, ROI, and productivity.
• Manage CMS setup+ Oversee affiliate budget, product seeding, and sample shipments.

3/ Livestream Strategy & Operations

• Develop the overall livestream strategy and monthly execution plan.
• Own the livestream calendar, campaign planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify growth opportunities through Brand Live and Affiliate Live.
• Optimize livestream performance based on traffic, conversion, and sales insights.

4/ Livestream Talent Management

• Train, and manage livestream hosts.
• Ensure hosts are equipped with product knowledge, selling techniques, and campaign messaging.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching to improve hosting quality and sales conversion.

5/ Performance Management

• Track key affiliate and livestream KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Analyze traffic, engagement, conversion, GMV, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend initiatives to scale affiliate sales and livestream productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Livestream Operations, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate, or social commerce platforms is preferred.
• Experience managing KOLs/KOCs, creators, MCNs, or affiliate networks is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English
