Livestream Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Livestream Production operations to ensure high-quality execution, strong team capability and continuous development of production solutions across BAU, campaigns and large-scale livestreams.
• 1. Livestream Production Management

• Oversee daily production across Studio, Technician and Operator / Standby teams.
• Ensure quality standards for image, lighting, technical setup and overall livestream execution.
• Maintain production standards, SOPs and readiness across BAU, campaigns and complex livestreams.

2. Production Improvement & Solution Development

• Lead improvements in production setup, technical standards and execution quality.
• Develop production capabilities for large-scale, event-style and future livestream formats.
• Translate future Livestream product direction into practical production solutions to maintain market competitiveness.

3. People & Team Management

• Lead Production Leads and production teams, with clear roles, performance expectations and ways of working.
• Coach and develop Leads in production planning, problem-solving, people management and decision-making.
• Build team capability to support current and future production requirements.

4. Production Planning & Coordination

• Plan studio, manpower and production requirements based on daily demand, campaigns and complex projects.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure requirements, timelines, risks and ownership are clear before execution.
• Step in when production issues require management-level or cross-functional decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in livestream, media, studio production or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of livestream production, including camera, lighting, studio setup and production execution.
• Experience leading complex or large-scale livestream / event-style productions.
• Experience managing production teams and developing team capability through Leads.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to translate business or product requirements into practical production solutions.
• Experience in e-commerce livestream or large-scale digital production is preferred.
