Livestream Operations Senior/Supervisor

Worthfind is a global bag and travel-goods company with over 12 years of design and manufacturing experience. We are looking for a Livestream Operations Supervisor to oversee and develop our TikTok LIVE operations in Vietnam. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day LIVE activities, coordinating the livestream team, optimising performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable sales and GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestream Planning & Execution

• Plan and coordinate TikTok LIVE schedules, products, promotions, scripts, and resources.
• Oversee end-to-end LIVE operations and ensure smooth real-time execution.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all products, inventory, and campaign materials are ready.

2. Team & Host Management

• Supervise and coordinate livestream hosts and operators, including daily task allocation and performance follow-up.
• Coach team members to improve content quality, engagement, and selling performance.
• Support team onboarding and maintain efficient LIVE workflows and SOPs.

3. Performance & Optimisation

• Track key LIVE metrics such as GMV, traffic, viewers, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyse livestream performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously optimise livestream formats, products, promotions, and host performance based on data.

4. Campaign & Business Growth

• Contribute to TikTok LIVE growth strategies and initiatives for the Vietnam market.
• Stay updated on TikTok LIVE trends and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and GMV.
• Take ownership of assigned LIVE KPIs and contribute to the growth of the LIVE business.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or livestream operations, with team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok LIVE / TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE traffic, content, conversion, and platform dynamics.
• Proven ability to independently plan and operate livestreams from strategy to execution.
• Data-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Good understanding of Vietnam’s e-commerce and livestream landscape.
• Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, bags, beauty, FMCG, or other consumer categories is a plus.
