Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Business Performance

• Take ownership of marketplace performance across GMV, margin, seller growth, customer experience, and execution quality.
• Work with leadership and teams to set priorities, targets, and expected outcomes for marketplace initiatives.
• Review business performance regularly and identify where execution is weak, delayed, or not delivering results.

2. Seller & Marketplace Growth Execution

• Oversee key marketplace initiatives such as seller onboarding, seller performance improvement, campaigns, affiliate, display, and seller growth programs.
• Ensure seller-related initiatives are implemented with clear commercial logic, operational readiness, and measurable results.
• Monitor seller performance and identify issues affecting GMV, margin, seller experience, and customer experience.

3. Business Standards & Operating Discipline

• Set clear standards for marketplace reporting, business review, issue escalation, and performance follow-up.
• Strengthen the management layer so Buymed can absorb, execute, and scale marketplace initiatives more effectively.

Key Requirements

Work Experience

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, commercial, retail, FMCG, healthcare, or high-volume transaction businesses.
• Experience leading managers or multiple business teams is required.
• Experience owning business results such as GMV, revenue, margin, seller performance, customer growth, or operational performance.
• Experience working across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Customer Service teams is preferred.
