ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a technology-driven e-commerce business. Formed in 2020, we've grown over 1000% in under 3 years. Here, you don't just execute ad campaigns — you own the strategy.
Powered by AI agents that automate data analysis and optimization, our Senior UA Specialists (Individual Contributor) scale our global DTC portfolio with full ownership and zero middle management. A UA background in games or apps is a great fit — the way you scale paid ads translates directly to what we do. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and execute Paid-Ads campaigns for a portfolio of 3-5 projects
- Manage large budgets on Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Meta, Google Ads, and other ad networks
- Optimize daily — bids, budgets, targeting — to improve CPA and scale winning campaigns
- Work with AI agents to produce and scale creative, guiding their output to drive performance
- Collaborate with Creative to brainstorm ad ideas; A/B test videos/images for high-performing hooks
- Track and report metrics daily; turn data into actionable insights
- Watch competitors and trends to suggest new growth tactics
Yêu cầu
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Economics, or related
- 4+ years hands-on in User Acquisition or Paid Ads (games/apps)
- Hands-on managing at least one major channel: Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta, or Google UAC
- Background at a top-tier tech/e-commerce or gaming company is a real plus
- Advanced English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 800+)
- Strong in Excel/Sheets; you make logic-based decisions from data
- Comfortable using AI tools in a creative and analytics workflow
- A fast learner with a growth mindset — always testing, learning, iterating

- Monthly Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
- Guaranteed Pay: 13th-month salary and 100% gross salary during probation.
