Responsibilities

• Cross-Border Market Expansion & Seller Development
• Support cross-border projects that help Vietnamese sellers and brands explore and expand into international markets.
• Research and identify potential sellers, brands, products, and industry segments with cross-border growth potential.
• Support seller screening, outreach, onboarding, and progress tracking throughout the market expansion journey.
• Research market requirements, including product suitability, compliance, logistics, and seller readiness.
• Supported the development of market expansion plans, seller materials, one-pagers, and project proposals.
• Project Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Operations, GR, PR, Marketing, and other relevant teams to drive project execution.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including sellers, brands, associations, logistics partners, and other ecosystem partners.
• Support project tracking, timeline management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
• Support day-to-day project operations and other ad-hoc initiatives related to cross-border commerce and market expansion.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in cross-border e-commerce, international business, market expansion, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, business development, market research, project management, or related fields
• Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce, international markets, or seller/brand development
• Strong research, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Sheets and PowerPoint
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams
