Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Platform Design (Primary, ~60–70% of role)

• Design and optimize visual assets for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and everyhalf.vn: product listing images, banners, shop decoration, campaign creatives, and promotional graphics
• Ensure designs follow platform-specific best practices (image dimensions, thumbnail clarity, mobile-first layouts) to support conversion
• Support seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events with timely asset delivery

2. Packaging Design Support

• Assist with packaging design updates and variations (front-of-pack/back-of-pack layouts, label adjustments) in coordination with the design agency and product team
• Prepare print-ready files as needed

3. Content Editing

• Edit product photos and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok content, product demos) for use across e-commerce and social channels
• Perform basic retouching, cropping, and formatting for multi-platform use

4. Social Media Management

• Support content scheduling and basic account management for brand social channels as needed

• 5. New Product Creative Design
• Create original creative concepts and visual assets for new product launches, from concept sketches to final e-commerce-ready artwork

Yêu cầu

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field

• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to e-commerce, retail, or F&B/FMCG brands
• Hands-on experience designing for Shopee and/or TikTok Shop is a strong plus

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video-editing tools
• Familiarity with Canva for quick-turnaround content
• Understanding of e-commerce platform design specs (image dimensions, thumbnail clarity, mobile-first layout)
• Basic photo/video editing: retouching, cropping, color correction, and formatting for multiple platforms

• Soft Skills
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines during campaigns and flash sales
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with marketing, product, and external design agencies
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Prior experience with an F&B or beverage brand, coffee/tea preferred
• Basic knowledge of packaging design and print production processes
• Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts
• Portfolio showing e-commerce banners, shop decoration, or campaign creatives
