The E-commerce Operation Associate Manager exists to plan, sell and execute commercial plans and end to end sales operations at e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
- 1. Execute platform campaigns, promotions, and visibility programs across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- ● Set up and launch campaigns per the agreed commercial calendar
- ● Configure pricing, vouchers, and bundle mechanics accurately
- ● Submit and manage creative assets for platform approval
- IN ORDER TO ensure every campaign goes live correctly and on schedule, maximizing sell-out during key commercial windows
- 2. Manage assortment, pricing, and online trade activities
- ● Maintain accurate, compliant pricing across all listed SKUs
- ● Ensure full and correct assortment listing per platform
- ● Update product information and pricing per approved changes
- IN ORDER TO maintain consistent, compliant pricing and complete assortment visibility across all platforms
- 3. Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and campaign readiness
- ● Track daily sell-out and stock levels across platforms
- ● Flag stock or readiness risks ahead of campaign launches
- ● Maintain a campaign-readiness checklist for each activation
- IN ORDER TO prevent lost sales from stockouts and ensure every campaign launches with full stock support
- 4. Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory sufficiency during key campaigns
- ● Share campaign forecasts with Supply Chain ahead of major activations
- ● Track inbound stock against campaign timing
- ● Escalate supply risk early to the KAM & E-commerce Lead
- IN ORDER TO guarantee adequate stock is in place ahead of high-demand campaign periods
- 5. Track competitors, pricing, and platform trends; maintain e-commerce operational excellence and platform compliance
- ● Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity
- ● Ensure all promotions follow agreed mechanics and platform policy
- ● Compile a regular competitor and platform-trend summary
- IN ORDER TO protect the brand’s competitive position and platform standing while avoiding compliance penalties
Yêu cầu
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- ● 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, trade marketing execution, or marketplace account coordination
- ● Prior FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred
- ● E-commerce Sales acumens.
- ● Strong planning and selling skills
- ● Cross functional collaboration
- ● On-line sales and digital experiences
