Ra đời từ năm 1957 tại Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng, nơi được xem là lãnh thổ trà trứ danh của Việt Nam, Phúc Long với kinh nghiệm truyền thống cha truyền con nối từ sản xuất đến kinh doanh, đã nhanh chóng từng bước phát triển. Đến giữa thập niên 70, nhà máy sản xuất đầu tiên được xây dựng và đưa vào hoạt động tại TP.HCM. Các sản phẩm của Phúc Long đã được phân phối rộng khắp hầu hết các chợ và siêu thị lớn nhỏ trên toàn quốc. Nguồn nhân lực cũng ngày một tăng với đội ngũ lên đến hàng trăm công nhân viên lành nghề cùng chung một niềm đam mê về trà & cà phê. Hiện nay, Phúc Long đã đầu tư xây dựng thêm nhiều nhà máy với trang thiết bị đạt tiêu chuẩn nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất trong nước cũng như xuất khẩu ra thế giới.

Hiện tại Phúc Long đang phát triển hệ thống chuỗi cửa hàng dịch vụ F&B - Phúc Long Tea & Coffee. Với 12 cửa hàng được xây dựng từ năm 2012 cho đến tháng 9 năm 2015 trong địa bàn TP. HCM, Bình Dương, Phúc Long đã phần nào khẳng định được tên tuổi, thương hiệu của mình và sẽ tiếp tục phát triển, mở rộng thị trường trong thời gian tới.

Mô tả công việc
1. Product Development (Merchandise)
- Research and identify consumer trends to develop merchandise concepts aligned with the Phúc Long brand (e.g., tumblers, lifestyle accessories, seasonal drops).
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and external vendors to develop, test, and finalize product SKUs.
- Manage development timelines, sample reviews, costing, and approvals to ensure on-time launch.
- Work with internal teams (design, legal, finance) to ensure packaging, branding, and labeling compliance.
- Support merchandise roadmap planning, from core collection to seasonal/limited launches.
2. Ecom Channel Development (TikTok Shop, Shopee)
- Lead the setup and management of official Phúc Long stores on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Coordinate livestream, short video content, and promotional calendar in partnership with creative and media teams.
- Collaborate with platform reps (TikTok, Shopee) for visibility opportunities, campaign slots, and traffic-driving tools.
- Monitor inventory flow, pricing, and conversion metrics; optimize performance through content, promotion, and merchandising.
- Manage campaign execution, reporting, and post-mortem analysis for all e-commerce initiatives.
3. Cross-functional & Project Management
- Liaise with supply chain, legal, operations, and digital teams to ensure product availability, compliance, and seamless customer experience.
- Assist in creating internal process checklists and documentation for new channel operations.
- Support in customer engagement and loyalty integration within new e-commerce channels (i.e. voucher syncing, CRM tie-ins).
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Product Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, merchandise, or e-commerce (F&B, lifestyle, or retail preferred).
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken).
