Seller Incubation Associate - Business Development, Shopee

• Support project planning including defining scope, timeline, and key milestones for Seller Incubation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution across different workstreams
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions to ensure timely delivery
• Own and execute specific workstreams (e.g. onboarding programs, incubation initiatives, campaign rollout) with high accountability on deliverables
• Organize meetings with stakeholders, summarize key discussions, and actively follow up on action plans.
• Act as a coordination point between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Monitor key project KPIs, track performance and flag operational issues for timely resolution.
• Support in preparing regular reports to update project progress and performance to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance execution efficiency and project governance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Around 1–2 years of experience in related fields (e.g. e-commerce, operations, business development, project coordination,…)
• Basic understanding of project management and experience in coordinating tasks or stakeholders is a plus
• Strong coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic data handling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to track performance and support reporting
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Docs; experience with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL,…) is a plus
• Be able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
• Result-oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with can-do attitude
